Managed Care Advisors (MCA) is a woman-led business established in 1997 and acquired by Sedgwick in 2021. MCA specializes in workers’ compensation, case and claims management, disability and absence management, analytics, technology solutions, specialty health plan management, and employee benefits.
Arillic was brought on board to overhaul the entire brand image of the company. The goal was to reposition the brand so that it would be able to compete more against medium and large firms. This ongoing project for Arillic has helped MCA develop and earn key spots in industry publications to help drive affinity. These publications have also helped support recruitment efforts.
